Kelly Arenz DO, Medical Director

Dr. Kelly Arenz has been the medical director of the Pregnancy Help Clinic since 2015.  She is a board-certified family medicine physician and currently works as the osteopathic program director for the St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Arenz graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at Providence-Park Hospital.  Her clinical interests include natural family planning, addiction medicine and osteopathic manipulation. 

She is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Arenz is a member of the Catholic Medical Association, American and Michigan Osteopathic Associations, American and Michigan Association of Family Practice and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

She and her family are members of Our Lady of Good Counsel in Plymouth.

Suzanne Dubuque MSN, WHNP-BC

Suzanne has been with the clinic for over 14 years.  She is our current Nurse Manager at Pregnancy Help Clinic and oversees the medical clinic under the direction of the medical director.

Suzanne is a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified, having completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2018. She obtained an Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Schoolcraft College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Madonna University and has been practicing as a registered nurse since 1996.

Suzanne’s passion is to protect and promote reproductive health and to support women to make positive life choices. She provides patient care by performing pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound exams, STI testing and treatment, lactation counseling, and reproductive education.

Dr. Yvette Frownfelter, MD

Dr Frownfelter joined the PHC team in 2022 and manages patient care at the Flint location.

She attended Wayne State University with a merit scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her residency training in a combined Internal Medicine and Pediactrics Program. She went on to practice in internal medicine, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and geriatrics before joining Pregnancy Help Clinic.

Dr. Frownfelter has a passion for treating patients with compassion and respect, providing the time and attention they need to express themselves and ask questions.

Dr. Frownfelter has lived in Flint since 2020. She has one daughter, a son-in-law, and a precious grandson. She has attended Revival Tabernacle AG Church in Highland Park for 27 years, where she's served in women’s, children’s, and greeting ministries, as well as community outreach and worship teams.

Dr. Frownfelter’s enjoys time with family and friends, worship services at her church, and being outdoors: walking, hiking, biking, and marveling in God’s beautiful creation.

Chris White, LPN, Client Services

Christine White is the client services coordinator for Pregnancy Help Clinic and has been with the organization for 15 years. She attended Ohio State University and completed LPN education and pharmacology certification at Columbus School of Nursing.

Before joining PHC, Chris worked for Ohio State University Hospitals as a surgical nurse and spent 5 years working in medical research. She is a past PTO president and served on several advisory boards with Brighton schools. She attends Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Chris helps clients to become effective parents and build strong families through the mentoring programs at PHC. She is also a dedicated member of the medical clinic staff.

Karoline Heldt, RN

Karoline Heldt is a Registered Nurse and Fertility Care Practitioner. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University in 2010.

She has worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at University of Michigan Health System. She received her Fertility Care education at Mercy Care Center in St. Louis, MO and she works individually with couples teaching them this medically sound and research based method of Natural Family Planning.

She works in the medical office at Pregnancy Help Clinic providing medical services and client education related to pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

Pamela Graham, RN

Pamela is a Registered nurse and graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSN. She has worked within the hospital setting in post-op, labor and delivery, and Oncology. She was an Ann Arbor Hospice volunteer while raising her children. Pam had done some overseas medical missions and has worked on the medical reserve corps for Livingston County.

Heidi Ohrt, RDMS

Heidi is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer.  She has been with the Pregnancy Help Clinic since 2009. 

Heidi received her Associates degree in Applied Science from Cuyahoga College in Ohio. She graduated as an x-ray technician and volunteered for one month on a medical mission trip in a hospital in Santo Domingo.  In 1993 Heidi earned her credentials as an RDMS and currently works at St. Mary Hospital in Livonia as a sonographer.

She and her husband, Steve have been married for over 27 years and have two daughters, Rachel and Sara.  Heidi enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and gardening. Her commitment to excellence benefits the PHC clients, and her commitment to serve is evident in her patient care.

Anne deChavez, RT (R), RDMS

Anne started volunteering at the clinic in November 2019 as a Sonographer.

She graduated with her BA from Eastern Michigan University and has experience as a  
Radiologic Technologist at St. John Hospital in Grosse Pointe and as an Ultrasound Technologist at Providence Hospital in Southfield.

Anne has been married to her husband, Julius deChavez for 19 years and together they have five children ages 9, 13, 15, 16, and 18.

Anne loves the newest addition to their family, fur-baby Ruby.  She also loves traveling to water destinations with her family, running to keep in shape, and singing praise and worship music with Encounter Ministries of Brighton.
